Roaming Elks Standing Rules
1) Members who does not wear their badge at the meetings will donate $0.50 to the Club.
2) Each member whose cell phone is not turned off for the duration of the meeting will donate
$0.50 to the Club

3) Each member who brings a guest(s) to a camp out will:
a) Notify the camp hosts of the number of guests at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
b) Donate or have their guest(s) donate $10.00 per guest to the Club to cover the costs of supplies.
c) Guest(s) are allowed to attend 2 campouts with a $10 per person donation each time. Thereafter,
the Club strongly encourages the guest(s) to become a member(s) of the Roamin’ Elks.
4) Camp hosts are to contact the campground facility and reserve 12 sites for the group campouts.
5) Attendees at the campouts are responsible for making and paying for their own reservations at the campground.
6) Honorary members are those members who have lost spouses, are long-time members and have been an integral part of the Roamin’ Elks. Honorary members are not required to pay any dues.
