Chuck reported that the officers signatures on the savings and checking accounts have been completed for the current officers. Mike Armstrong and Dick Roberts were added to the accounts with Althea Headley remaining on the account for now
Sara Jones requested something in writing about what the itinerary and reimbursement policy should be. Althea advised that all the members were provided with these documents last year. Chuck advised that she send a copy to Peetee to post on our website. The copy has been sent.
Mike suggested that we think about how we are doing business and how we might improve.
NEW BUSINESS
Sara Jones was nominated to become an Honorary Member of the Roaming Elks. A motion was made, seconded and approved by the members.

Correspondence/Health: Gina and Ryken Johnson are ill but reported they should be better soon, Jerry Hall must be feeling better as a certain member reported that he was being a bad patient. Kerry Bladorn was present at the meeting and reported she is doing good.
Old Business:
Mike reported that there were no hosts at the upcoming campout at Hat Creek. Ray Moore reported that he would have coffee and rolls in the morning around 8:00 am. No activities planned at this time. Patrick Harris reported that he would bring his pizza smoker to cook your own pizza.
There is no campout scheduled for July.
The outing at Mills Casino is in August. Russ will bring more information about the RV Park and the Elks Lodge dinner at the next meeting in July. He reported that for those of us who do not have an RV and want to go, the hotel there is very nice with a shuttle to and from the casino and various nearby places. Wednesday they hold a big farmers market. The yurt is booked for one night at this time. He may be able to get it for another night.
Rick Bladorn handed out the itinerary for the September outing at Premier RV Resorts.

Call to Order: The meeting was held at the Elks Lodge 1247. Meeting called to order at 6:05 pm and pledge of Allegiance led by President Mike Armstrong, Invocation by Barbara Massey.

Minutes: Submitted and read by Secretary Althea Headley. Motion to Approve (with corrections of $350 not $330 donated to the Elks Lodge and the June camp out departure date is June 21 not July 21) by Ivy Bruce, Seconded by Patrick Harris and approved by members.
